Spring in the South 2011

This year Spring in the South will be led by Godan Errol Bennett. Please join us for our 32nd Spring in the South, a tradition founded by Larry Lazarus in 1980. Every year SKA members of all ranks travel from throughout the east coast, the United States, and the world to enjoy the beauties of springtime in North Carolina, a chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones, and an opportunity to benefit from the some of our organization's most experienced and insightful seniors.

When: Saturday, April 30th and Sunday, May 1, 2011

Where: Card Gymnasium, Duke University, Durham, NC

How: A registration form will be posted shortly. Paid registrations received by April 15th offer the discounted rate of $100 ($75 for students of any age). This price includes a box lunch Saturday, a Mediterranean banquet Saturday night. Our local airport is Raleigh-Durham (RDU) and limited train service is available to Durham, NC. We are currently arranging group rates at local hotels.

East Coast Summer Special Training

This year (2011) the Hampshire College summer Special Training will be held June 15-19. Hampshire is located in Amherst, Massachusetts.
